Terms of Service

Calendar Clock · effective October 23, 2026

These terms apply to Calendar Clock, a desktop widget for KDE Plasma that shows Google Calendar events in the panel clock. By installing or using it, you agree to them.

The software

Calendar Clock runs on your own computer. It reads your Google calendars with read-only access and shows them in the widget. How it handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your Google accounts

You connect your own Google accounts and can remove them at any time. Your use of Google's services remains subject to Google's own terms, and, for work accounts, to your organisation's policies.

No warranty

Calendar Clock is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may show events late, incompletely or not at all, for example when Google cannot be reached. Always rely on Google Calendar itself for anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, Calendar Clock, including missed events or meetings.

Stopping

You may stop using Calendar Clock at any time by uninstalling it and revoking its access in your Google account. The software may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
